At DBIS, we believe service and leadership go hand in hand, empowering students to make a meaningful impact both in school and beyond. Our Service and Leadership ECAs offer opportunities to develop key skills, take initiative and create positive change.
Service ECAs – Engage in community outreach, environmental action, and mentorship, fostering empathy, responsibility and global awareness.
Leadership ECAs – Take on roles in student councils, ambassador programmes and peer mentorship, building confidence, teamwork and decision-making skills.
Through these experiences, students grow into compassionate, capable leaders, ready to make a difference in their communities and beyond.
