DBIS is committed to providing enriching experiences that develop the whole person – challenging students academically while fostering character, leadership and a sense of service. Through a diverse range of opportunities, students step beyond the classroom to explore new interests, build resilience and contribute meaningfully to their community.

Our Enrichment programme includes:

• Outdoor Education – Encouraging physical challenge, teamwork and personal growth through nature-based experiences.

• Service Learning – Instilling empathy and responsibility through meaningful contributions to local and global communities.

• Student Leadership – Empowering students to take initiative, develop confidence and make an impact beyond the classroom.

• International Award Programmes – Providing opportunities for holistic development and exposure to new challenges and skill sets affirmed by the attainment of progressive awards. These include the HKAYP and Junior Duke Award.
