Caissa Chess Club

Training focus on bringing students, many of whom haven't played chess in a tournament format before, comfortably at a level to play in individual and team tournaments. All our students can join Caissa's once per month "End of Month" tournament which is a controlled competition in which players of equal strength play for medals and trophies and learn how to play with a chess clock and time their thinking.

For Students in Y6-13

Creative Arts Classes

Students will explore various art mediums and techniques through thematic projects and artist studies, sparking creativity and self-expression. They will develop skills in key art elements like line, shape, color, and texture using materials such as paint, clay, and pastels. The foundation program for Years 1-4 builds core skills, while Years 5-6 focus on advancing artistic talents in preparation for secondary school fine arts.

Term 1 begins from August 31st, 2026. Sessions:

Years 1-2 - Thursday, 3:20-4pm
Years 3-4 - Tuesday, 3:20-4pm
Years 5-6 - Friday, 3:20-4:20pm

Students will learn the basics of FIVE different instruments (guitar, bass, keys, drums and vocals) while performing excerpts of famous songs.

For Students in Years 7-13
